Sunny Z. Hussain is an American physician who has practiced clinical medicine more than 20 years. He has earned faculty tenures at George Washington University in Washington D.C, National Institutes of Health (NIH), and LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Widely published and well respected professionally, he attended prestigious alma maters in three continents including Royal College of Physicians, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (DNA-biology), Wayne State University (Michigan) and University of Pittsburgh.

His pharmaceutical start-up, Healing Pharma USA, seeks to focus on shortages in the medical supply chain. Over the last decade, he has successfully led the non-profit Made In America, Inc into a public-private partnership dedicated to creating jobs in impoverished demographics.
